- Visual inspection. Fruit can have beauty marks, but not major blemishes. The FruitGuys hand inspects every single piece of fruit before placing it in the box. No automated equipment is used because nothing beats the human eye and touch. Once approved, the fruit is gently packed in each box by color with the stems pointing up.
- Transport temperature. Temperature changes during transport can speed up a fruit’s ripening stages. Proper temperatures are vital to happy fruit.
